We are unable to give refunds for late delivery on this service.


Special Delivery refunds:
If a delivery attempt has not been made on your chosen day (excluding adverse weather, strikes, blockades or natural disasters) Balloon Moments will refund your delivery charge of £3.99. Late delivery must be reported within 2 days of the chosen delivery date.

Deliveries to the following postcodes are not covered by Royal Mail Special Delivery; therefore, we cannot offer a refund for these areas.

Damaged or Lost Goods Refunds:

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged Balloon Moments will give a full refund or issue a replacement balloon. Whichever is preferable for your occasion. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 2 days of the chosen delivery date.

Complaints:

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 1 working day and resolve complaints within 3-4 working days to the satisfaction of our customers.
